This is the Last Dam Run of Likker I'll Ever Make
included as a bonus feature on the DVD THE LAST ONE
Filmed in 2002, deep in Southern Appalachia, this raw documentary was originally available only on VHS copies sold by Popcorn Sutton out of his junk shop at the bend of the road outside of Maggie Valley. However, as homemade copies multiplied and were handed around, the film quickly became a cult classic in the mold of Dancing Outlaw. The film and its footage went out to inspire CMT's Shocking Stories of Moonshine, the Emmy award-winning PBS special The Last One, and the Discovery series Moonshiners. Here now, in humble glory, the original distillation that captured the end of an era.
VIEWERS COMMENTS: "I would think this film (probably) cost a few thousand dollars to make & was 100 times more interesting then any million dollar blockbuster you could name! American renegade film making at it's finest"
